Stop execution of background tabs

Add global or per tab option to stop execution of tabs you are not watching.

Badly written javascript code or flash, for example, hog the cpu.

Why execute those bits of code when you are not watching?

Most of the time you do not need code or flash executing in the background.

This is not a new idea, this is what Android do (except for explicit declared background tasks).

So it would be nice to have a global option or a per tab option to enable disable execution in the background.

I just googled whether this is possible. This is really needed.
But it should be optional, sometimes I'd like to have a tab continue processing something.
